He went above and beyond to not only find and set up listings for us to view but was very communicative and diligent in helping us close on our first home. We met Keith at an open house in the Shadow Ridge area near Carlsbad, CA in February. He made a great impression as an open, honest and communicative agent. When we were ready to buy in July, we reached out to Keith and hired him as our agent. We were living 140 miles away at that time and Keith served as our eyes, ears, and scouting agent. He would go to homes we were interested in, took videos, and pointed out the things that were good and bad. He saved us tons of time and energy. He listened and observed things we liked, didn't like, and as a result, he was able to show us houses we'd like and help us avoid wasting time going to houses and neighborhoods we wouldn't like. He was extremely responsive, helped us with inspections and walk-throughs and provided us honest opinions. We found him to be very trust-worthy. He always called back and answered our questions, even the time I accidently called him when I sat on my phone. We would absolutely use him again, and recommend him whole-heartedly.

Keith is fantastic. He stuck with us for 5 years as we looked at house after house finally finding the right home for us. He has been awesome helping us with all of the details of buying the home. He found us an awesome inspector, helped us to understand the details and was with us every step of the way. During the buying process checking in with us several times a day to help make sure to answer any questions we had. He is the realtor I will recommend to everyone I know that is buying or selling a home. Keith will be selling our current home soon after we move into our new home.
