Coldwell Banker Realty

Berenice was wonderful to work with. It was a great experience and she provided excellent service throughout the whole process. We 100% recommend her.

Berenice was a great advisor in the process of selling my house in South Miami and purchasing an apartment in Brickell. Even in the middle of the pandemic, she made possible to book continuous showings, complying with all protocols and safe measures. It was an easy, quick process and she was very professional and knowledgeable.

Berenice went above and beyond to help us navigate every step of the process: answering our many questions with patience and clarity, helping us meet a tight closing timeline, and ensuring nothing fell through the cracks. Her communication was exceptional; she was always quick to respond and proactive about keeping us informed. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Berenice is highly experienced and very knowledgeable, this is the second home we purchase with her help and both times the experience has been seamless. She has always kept our needs and wants very in mind in helping to present us our options and we have been very happy overall with the experience. Highly recommended!!!

Berenice was super helpful and went the extra mile to ensure our property was marketed for maximum exposure in a competitive market. Her services are highly recommend!
