Coldwell Banker Realty

We worked with Tracy to help my daughter and son-in-law find a home for their young family, and I'm very glad we did. She knows this area well and used that knowledge to point us toward the right house instead of just a house that would do. She connected easily with both of them and understood what a young family actually needs day to day, not just on paper. When the inspection came back, she made the most of it and negotiated real value out of the findings for them. What stood out most to me was her eye for where the value sits. Her own experience on the investment side of real estate gives her a clear read on what a property is worth now and where it's likely headed, which matters a great deal when you're buying somewhere you plan to stay. She's also genuinely easy to reach, which sounds like a small thing until you've worked with an agent who isn't. We'll happily work with her again.
