As someone who moved away for a long time, his knowledge of Lexington neighborhoods was extremely beneficial while I was looking at different areas to buy. Ronnie M. Got us into our dream home and it was far from easy, yet he made the process seamless! Even when I became buyerzilla! As first time home buyers, we had NO idea where to even start but Ronnie had a great group of people to help us from lenders, to attorneys etc so we never had to guess what was next. He was BEYOND patient, kind and genuinely cared about our family getting into this house. We never felt like a deal. I cannot recommend Ronnie enough!!

10/10 - He is the real deal. Ive been a Realtor 10+ years so I'm picky who I trust. We did an out of state move and first met Ronnie at a showing in my brother in laws neighborhood. He agreed to meet us last minute on a visit on a holiday weekend and gave us so much info on the area (not the best restaurants but which builder builds the best homes, what development is coming, etc). He stayed in touch and we saw a few more a few months later when he set us up on an auto notification. We appreciated the school guidance in Lexington too, as he has ES and HS insight. We saw a house randomly we fell in love with 10 months after that first look. He was always helpful and we respected his hours - being a Realtor is a 24/7 task. We trusted his guidance for offer price and concessions. I didnt see the house before we put in an offer but he had all the answers from the seller and agent. He went back to measure a few things when we were back in TN. When I made the trip, he was not available (we only had a short window) and he coordinated another agent to show us and she was very communicative too. We had a last minute situation with the seller and he handled it like a true professional (and we got a brand new roof)! After closing, he set us up with an incredible plumber and painter (who hooked us up with a concrete guy). I should mention his lender recommendation was so knowledgeable but also super down to earth (Ive known my fair share of good talkers with no brains in my time). Ronnie runs his business well and we never felt like we werent a priority because of our timeline or our price point. Ive sent him a few referral for Columbia and Ft Jackson too. A million stars!

Ronnie is the absolute best! Hes knowledgeable about the area, has amazing contacts that made the process really smooth, listens to what you want, and works hard with everyone to make sure you get the home you want the way you want!!
