Coldwell Banker Realty

I want to let you all know that Karen from the first moment I reached out on the rental unit that my husband and I am moving into was so much help at helping us make all the right choices and acquiring this unit. She was very much fun to work with as well. It is so nice to deal with real people that are so personable and diligent to get the job done. Thanks to you "Wonder Woman", trust me she is a wonder woman and works with great positive energy to make it all happen. I would not use any other realtor but her. :-) Thank you, Frances Elaine Dixon and Thomas John Paszek.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience selling my condo. Karen was direct and honest from day one, which I really valued - no sugarcoating, just direct information so I could make good decisions. She helped me get an offer and close incredibly fast, and when the title turned out to be more complicated than expected, she jumped in and helped connect me with the right people to sort it out without missing a beat. If you want someone who's honest, fast, and genuinely has your back when things get tricky, she's the one to call.

Karen Sneed was the consummate professional. She went above and beyond what one would expect. She handled everything we threw her way and knocked it out of the park. She was always available, always honest, pleasant and oh-so-easy to work with. The people she recommended to us for things outside of the direct sale of the home were also professional and easy to work with. Our family is so appreciative the care and interest she took in selling my mom's home. She is a master negotiator, and we were able to get full asking price in less than 6 weeks, start to finish. We highly recommend Karen Sneed. "You Need Sneed!"

Karen did an incredible job helping us sell our home. What we appreciated is that she was attentive from day one, super responsive, and always negotiated with our best interests in mind. She is someone who will go the extra mile and fight for you. Thank you, Karen, for all of your help. Highly recommend.
