We feel so fortunate that we found Marnie! She is the capable and versatile realtor that we needed to guide us through the sale of a family member's Kaneohe condominium. Due to years of neglect, an extensive renovation of the unit was required. Marnie set us up with a Home Revitalization Loan, which provided us with funds for the project. Then, because we live in another state, she took over as a combination construction manager and interior designer, directing numerous workers and ensuring that the all jobs were done correctly. Marnie was always available and communicated with us regularly, so we felt confident that good progress was being made.
