Coldwell Banker Real Estate Services

Matt was very helpful in the purchase of our home and the sale of the same a few years later! Great communication and definitely listens to you as a buyer and seller.

I sold and purchased a home through Matt during the summer of 2025. Matt was extremely responsive. He would always respond immediately, even on the weekends or at night. He was very friendly and pleasant to deal with. He had a good knowledge of the market and was a true professional, making the home buying and selling process as easy as it can be. Id recommend him.

Matt did an exceptional job helping us find our new home ! We were relocating and he made everything seem easy ! Appreciated his willingness to weekend marathon of showings to give us the ability to see many properties in a short period of time.

Matt Ohlsson is an amazing realtor. My husband bought his first house through him & we just purchased our 2nd home together with Matts help. The process was so smooth & easy & Matt is no bullshiz, straight to the point & listens to what you want. Hopefully this is our forever home but, if we ever decide to buy again we will definitely be using Matt at Coldwell Reality at the Georgie Smigel Group.

Matt has helped us buying and selling three houses the last 20 years in Beaver and Allegheny Counties. He is always available for calls and texts. I fully recommend him.
