Professional, personable and persistent... Matt Ohlsson comes highly recommended by my husband and me! When our house was on the market longer than we liked, my husband and I sought a new selling agent. Enter: Matt Ohlsson.From day one, Matt was responsive to texts, emails and phone calls. We met to discuss marketing, he quickly scheduled photos, and updated the MLS listing. It was only a few short days before the several showing requests came, and we ultimately sold the house! Matt truly had our best interest in mind throughout the entire process. He wasnt pushy with us about his personal opinions, and he made all counter-offers, as we requested. Selling our house was just the beginning of our relationship with Matt and only a fraction of what made him a fantastic agent. As we agreed to make repairs, per the inspection and FHA loan requirements, Matt was helpful every step of the way.
