Coldwell Banker Real Estate

She was professional, very knowledgeable of the area I was interested in and understood immediately what what we wanted when described. Was always super patient being that I was a first time home owner. Explained the whole process to me (multiple times sometimes since I always needed clarification). Made me feel comfortable with her and with the process. Always kept us 100% informed of every thing and current status on the daily basis or as the status changed. Always had a positive attitude and kept me calm being 9 months pregnant and super hormonal. What was even more impressive is that after we told Isis what we were looking for, our dream home ended up being the one we locked in on just the first viewing. She represents your organization very well and I am certain anyone that is actually serious and wants to buy a home will have an excellent experience with her. I will be contacting her again for the future.

Barbie was excellent to work with. She is very knowledgeable on the current market and one of the hardest working people I know. She was able to get more money for the property our client was selling and helped to make the transaction quick and smooth. Highly recommend contacting Barbie if you're looking to buy anywhere in South Florida. You won't be disappointed.

Barbie was an absolute rockstar! From the moment that we contacted her, she was prompt, professional, and a wealth of knowledge. She was always a step ahead and clearly outlined the process for selling our property. As a military family, we were in a time crunch to sell before our transfer, and Barbie went out of her way to make sure were comfortable and informed the whole time. She had out home listed within a day, and under contract in less than two weeks. Her team was also fantastic! If we ever return to South Florida, she will be the first person we call!!

Barbie is a blessing! We have worked with her for when me and my family needed a rental in a short amount of time, and she was so professional and diligent and found us the best rental for our money. She also just helped us sell my mother in laws house, and there was a lot of hiccups, and she went above and beyond for us and my mother-in-law to make her comfortable and meet all her needs. She is always in contact with us and always available for any of our needs or questions and was always patient. She always kept us updated in every little detail or process. And now we are currently working with her to purchase her a new home. And again, she is making us a priority and making sure we get what we need now that we are in the middle of buying. Again, if you want someone who cares for your well-being and will work 110% for you, then she is defiantly the person you want to work with! it has been nothing but a pleasure working with her.

Barbie is definitely the person you want representing you whether you are buying or renting a property. We were lucky enough to find her during this difficult market when we had all but lost hope of being able to rent in time to vacate our current residence. Barbie went above and beyond and was super responsive every step of the way. She was able to negotiate the property we were interested in when it had multiple offers and thanks to her we found an amazing place and are very happy with the results. I HOGHLY recommend Barbie - she is a one of a kind realtor and great person.
