Coldwell Banker Real Estate

Alberto was very diligent, helpful and patient in finding the right home for me to "down size" to. He always forwarded new properties similar to what I was looking for and never tired of scheduling appointments and accompanying me on showings until I ultimately found exactly what I was looking for.

We had a fantastic experience working with Alberto. He was recommended by a family member of ours. He was responsive, readily available, extremely knowledgeable, kept us updated throughout the entire process, and treated us with care. Alberto was also very familiar with the surrounding market. I would recommend working with Alberto to anyone going through the rigors of the real estate process. He was NOT pushy. He was straightforward, spoke to the facts, and kept us informed every step of the way. A consummate professional with whom I will happily work again in the future.

Alberto was outstanding in selling the property, especially since I was managing the sale from out of state. He handled everything related to the sale with care and professionalism. He kept me informed and never made me feel out of the loop. Alberto's knowledge of the market was invaluable and evident throughout the entire process. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell a property, especially those who want to work with someone who is trustworthy and professional.

Alberto did a great job , very knowledgeable, and was around every step of the way from the start to finish line. Made the whole process quick and seamless. Would def refer to others.
