House hunting in the market can be a frustrating experience, but Jill and her team were amazing! Every time a new house appeared on the market, Jill or her associate, Lyndsey, would quickly make time to show us the home before it could be snatched up by others. They advised us on all the ways we could make our offer as strong as possible to maximize chances of our offer being the one (out of 15 other offers) to be accepted, and worked with our mortgage broker to ensure the pre-approval letter supported a strong offer as well. And it worked! One month into looking for a house, our offer was accepted! When I asked if we could manage to close on the house 2 weeks early, they coordinated with all the necessary parties to arrange a closing 1 week later. Most of the time I like to think I'm an easy customer, but in this instance, I was not. We looked at dozens of houses all over NEW, then when our offer was accepted, we wanted to go back into the home multiple times to take measurements and make renovation plans. Jill and Lyndsey were always accommodating. They went above and beyond every step of the way.
