Mike was super helpful during the home buying process. From having emails sent to me as soon as a house went on the market in my price range so I could be one of the first people to see it, to making it so stress free, he honestly did everything all I had to do was look at houses and decide if I wanted to make the offer. He was quick to respond and worked well with my schedule.

As a first time home buyer, I was nervous and unsure of the steps in the process. Mike was there to answer any questions I had, and was always quick to respond. He guided me through the entire process and I would absolutely use him again!

Let?s be honest selling your home & buying a new one is stressful! When we were getting down to the wire & trying to coordinate timing of sales on both houses, I was throwing out F bombs & he was cool as a cucumber. I did not know Mike prior to coming in contact with him through Zillow. I had a good impression from the start. He was very responsive & particularly knowledgeable on lake area homes. This was not our first time going through the process, but I was a little anxious & apprehensive. I wasn?t sure we were quite ready to take this step right before my Husband would be retiring at 62. We just started out slow with no pressure & got approved for more than I expected so off we went. We ended up with a home we are very happy with on a lake we had not even considered. The process of supplying/receiving & signing documents via Docusign was super easy & time efficient. He?s very down to earth, honest & easy to work with. We weren?t rushed while looking at houses. First of all Mike was very respectful of what I wanted and what I had to say. He always had the time to answer any questions. He worked hard to get things done in a reasonable time frame, very professional.

She is a super friendly person, but seamed preoccupied verse trying to help. Almost all of the houses I looked at I had found via the internet. Moving out of state it would have been helpful if she had done alot of the looking since she was local. There were also some communication problems, which in the end cost me money, and was never properly resolved. I would not use her service nor the home inspector she used for us(since I was out of State).
