I did my research and thought I knew how much to list my house for. Rich said that was too low and we listed $25K higher than I was thinking. 4 days later we had a full price offer! Thanks goodness I picked a great realtor! Throughout the whole process he was on top of things. The buyer got cold feet and was about to back out and Rich was on top of it and managed to save the deal and we closed on time.
