I recently purchased my home and used Dena Guido as my realtor. Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group. Dena's communication, negotiation skills, and market knowledge was brilliant! I was trying to be out of the home I rented by end of the lease. So we only had a few weeks to find a house. We started looking in July and closed by the end of August. Dena went above and beyond to fine me a house. She answered all my questions. She was patient and explained everything clearly. She was very responsive to all my calls and texts and had great insights into the local market, which helped me make informed decisions. I especially appreciated how she guided me through negotiations to get the best possible deal. I wouldn't own my home today, if it wasn't for Dena's expertise. I highly recommend Dena Guido and would use her again for any future real estate needs. I am forever thankful and grateful for Dena.
