When I moved away from my starter home, I never imagined the problems that could happen when I put it on the market. I had two agents who spent months trying to sell my house, and my experience with them was, at best, awful. My sense was they were not really working for me. My friend had suggested George and his staff. I called and within a short period of time, the listing was up and running again. The house got an acceptable offer within 3 weeks of listing with George. I was able to trust his judgment and advice, and after my experience with the realtors before, that is really saying something. He kept communication open, and dealt with a nervous and overwhelmed seller (me) with understanding. My house was not going to bring in big profits to him, but it did not deter the work he was willing to put into the marketing of my tiny starter home. I am grateful for all the work he did and would recommend him highly to anyone looking to sell or buy.

George was incredibly responsive and timely along with his staff. When I wanted to start looking at homes, there was never any delay on his part. Even on a weekend he was willing to accommodate my requests to look at houses and last minute when I wanted to see a home again. I appreciated this immensely. He offered many great referrals as well to me, which made the process smoother. I was very impressed with his expertise in the home buying process.
