It was refreshing to hear Diane pick up her phone the first time I called. Many agents I left voicemails so I was surprised to hear her voice. Upon meeting Diane we knew she was the agent we wanted. She has an excellent record for sales. She was knowledgable about the area and guided us with a list price that matched comps. Diane was easy to reach and always responded to my messages. We had a difficult experience after our first buyers walked away on the 13th day of their 15 day inspection period. Their reason was: "they didn't know we didn't have storm shutters." It was so frustrating after having 17 showings in the first week and getting two offers to have this happen. We went back on the market and I asked for Diane or Jason to be present at all showings. Jason came to every showing after that and he was so knowledgable and warm. He genuinely cares about the people they work with. He was easy to talk to and a pleasure to work with. He was able to highlight our home's best features and characteristics while showing to potential buyers. Heidi, Diane's assistant, was amazing. She was in close contact with me very often. She kept me updated and informed of any showings and changes. She worked around my baby's nap schedule. She was easy to reach and answered all my messages quickly. I really felt like she had become one of my friends after all those days talking back and forth. We received two new offers after being on the market for a few more days and Diane really took charge with negotiations. She was able to get a number we were comfortable with. She helped tremendously with credit negotiations after their inspection doing more than we even thought possible. I would recommend Diane and her team to anyone.
