Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation

Diane was able to get us into contract in less than one week for our dream house. She has a fair understanding of the market. She was swift to answer all questions, and continues to be post closing. She was patient, classy and kind the whole way through our journey. We are very grateful!

We couldn't have made a successful sale about Diane. She knows the business and all of the people that can come to assist in any way from the Contractor, Painter, or any other trade that can help bring a house From looking just average to very Spanky and salable. Diane is an expert in her field.

Diane did a great job in helping us find a buyer for my moms home. Her years of experience, coupled with her commitment to getting the job done. made me feel secure throughout the process and took the anxiety out of what couldve been a very stressful experience

Diane did an amazing job helping us with the purchase of our coop. Very helpful and knowledgeable. My wife and I are first time home owners and even though she represented the sellers, she was still there for us to guide us through the whole process. Highly recommend her!

I can emphatically say from experience that Diane Polland is the best of the best!! She takes great care in all aspects of the process and is extremely knowledgeable. No details are overlooked. I used her in selling my house in Kings Point and then in purchasing an apartment in Great Neck. Everything went smoothly because of her expertise and caring qualities. She makes you feel that you are her only client while she is dedicated to serving you and seeing the process to its final successful completion.
