My husband and I were in a bind, due to the economy we had to sell our home/farmette and I was 6 months pregnant!! We tried doing it ourselves but no luck...until we contacted Linda Sanderfoot who we met at a different open house when we were looking for homes. She came over to our place and was all prepared with her research, knowledge and she was very personable. We felt very comfortable with her from day one. Linda was always there for us and whenever we had a question or an open house we had to see or an open house on our house we were selling, she was always quick with a response or guidance for us. We had our house/farmette sold in a month and a half!! We had a lot of different situations with our place but she always did her research and would bend over backwards to get the answers you were looking for. Even when we were trying to find a place, she would always make time for us and show us different homes - one time even 6 homes in two hours!! It was crazy but she helped us along the way with everything and we could not be more grateful that we met Linda during this diffcult time for us. She made us feel like long friends and was very personable. I would recommend anyone who is looking to sell or buy a home to contact Linda, she is one of the best in this field and you wont be disappointed!! Even almost a year later we had some questions on taxes and she was right there again for us. Thank you for everything Linda - we cant thank you enough!!
