Coldwell Banker Quality Properties

I had the best experience renting this property. Rene and Erika were wonderful. They kept me posted on every showing. There was a lot of activity. It only took a week to rent, which made me very happy.

Rene went above and beyond to help us find the perfect rental home for our family. We were working with a tight timeline, and he was incredibly accommodating, presenting us with numerous options and personally accompanying us to showings. When our first choice unexpectedly fell through, Rene acted quickly and arranged additional showings to help us find another great option. Throughout the application process, he was patient, attentive, and always available to answer our questions. He made us feel supported every step of the way, including during the final walkthrough. Thanks to Renes dedication, responsiveness, and genuine commitment to helping us, we found the perfect home for our family. We are incredibly grateful for his help and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, and caring real estate agent!

Rene was absolutely amazing thru the entire process of selling our home, went out of his way in so many instances to make this possible, I've seen very few people work so hard to make sure a deal wont fall thru, Grateful for such amazing work and for making it happen .

Rene is very knowledgeable, adaptable, friendly and provided excellent guidance throughout the rental process. Highly recommend him! His wife Erica was also very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to assist me.

We had an excellent experience working with Rene and Erica to find our home. The search took a while, but they were patient, kind and honest with us and never once made us feel pressured to settle. They clearly explained each step and always answered our questions quickly and thoroughly. Even after closing, they gave us trustworthy referrals for minor repairs and upgrades we needed done and helped us navigate other post-purchase details. Rene and Erica are remarkably experienced, highly professional, and genuinely care about their clients. We whole-heartedly recommend them to anybody looking to buy a home. Joshua
