I reached out to Michele to put in an offer for a property on the Oregon Coast. When I contacted her, she was unaware of the property. We did a virtual walk though and then she prepared an offer to be submitted to the buyer. Only she didnt submit it because another client of hers contacted her in the process and wanted to put in an offer on the same property. She held my offer back after I thought she had already submitted it, so she could ask me if I would mind putting in offers for both of us. I had already signed a legal document stating that I did not want her to represent another buyer on the same property and expressed my disappointment in the situation. It was just an hour before the buyer would stop accepting offers and her option to me if I didnt agree to have her represent us both was that shed hand me off to another realtor in her office who I didnt know to prepare and submit the paperwork that I had already spent half my day reviewing and signing off on. If she was actually representing the best interest of me as a buyer, she would have explained to the other client who contacted her AFTER we had done the walk through and prepared the offer that she was unable to, as she was representing another buyer on the property. Instead she withheld my offer, without consulting me and put me in a position where I was being represented by a realtor who chose to represent another buyer. I was extremely disappointed in the whole process. If youre looking for a realtor with any integrity or work ethic who will do whats best for you as a buyer, look elsewhere.

I can?t say enough about how fantastic Michelle is and how easy and stress-free she made this entire process. At every step she showed genuine interest and concern. Being from out of state, she was flexible and offered multiple options when it came to viewing properties. She was honest, forthright, proactive in finding properties and sharing information with me. She was incredibly patient and understanding as I am a first time homebuyer and had lots of questions. She guided me through every step, and was super accessible and responsive to every text or phone call I made. Even after the purchase was complete she continued to be available to me to answer follow up questions, or even to give me suggestions when I was looking for Services or just general questions about my new town. In short, she was amazing! Throughout the entire process I felt like I had a friend and advocate, taking care of me and helping me. I have absolutely no reservations about enthusiastically recommending Michelle. Thank you!
