Coldwell Banker Prime Properties

Carolyn was our realtor for our move from Texas to Saratoga Springs and she did an excellent job in guiding us through the process of buying a home. She was knowledgeable and always responsive to any of our requests and we would highly recommend her.

Carolyn is the most dedicated and knowledgeable Real Estate Salesperson I have ever had the privilege of working with. She is always on top of everything that is thrown her way and she will go above and beyond what's expected of her to ensure your experience as a home buyer/seller is as smooth as possible. In a market where homes sell fast and offers are very competitive, you will not find a better agent to aid you through the process of listing and selling your home or finding your perfect new house. I highly recommend Carolyn to anyone looking for a real estate agent. You won't regret it!

Carolyn was so helpful and patient with us as we prepared to downsize, sell our NY home and relocate out of state. In this ever changing market, she priced our home exactly right and we had multiple offers. She helped us negotiate some issues between offers and closing. Moving and downsizing is very stressful, but Carolyn made the experience much easier. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home.

We couldnt have asked for a better agent than Carolyn! We worked with her for over two years and throughout the entire process she was incredibly patient, honest and supportive. She never once rushed us or pressured us into buying something that wasnt right for our family. She truly wanted us to find the perfect home and she was there every step of the way until we did. Carolyn was always extremely communicative, quick to respond and on top of every detail. We always felt like we were in good hands and could completely trust her advice. We are so grateful for all of her hard work, patience and dedication throughout this process. We absolutely love our new home and couldnt recommend Carolyn more highly!

Carolyn Luke is the best! She was thorough, professional and great to work with. She kept me appraised about appointments and always sent me feedback. She was honest and forthright - no games. I highly recommend Carolyn Luke to anyone looking to do any real estate transaction.
