I tagged some houses on Zillow on a Sunday evening just to get started. Carolyn called me within 5 minutes. She came to meet me on a snowy evening two days later. I'm so glad she did.Carolyn is incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. I relied a lot on her eye for detail in the houses I looked at. She pointed out things I never would have thought to consider or even ask about. If I had questions later she got back to me with answers quickly.She was patient and calm during a very busy time when many offers were being made on houses I was considering. The advice she gave me during the process helped me make a successful offer on a great house (that I'm currently living in!). I was a nervous wreck during the process, but she kept me focused.Carolyn has a great network of people and companies she works with. The financing company she had me work with was great and helped me jump through all the hoops that weren't in place the last time I bought a house. The home inspectors and contractors she recommended did excellent work and some issues that could have caused the sale to unravel were resolved successfully.Carolyn was an absolute pleasure to work with. I'm so glad I answered her call. I can't recommend her highly enough.
