I had an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience working with this agent while trying to rent a property. Despite having residential credit scores of 800+, a combined income of approximately five times the monthly rent, and being fully prepared and willing to meet the stated rental terms, we were left waiting while the agent continued to entertain and compare multiple applicants. What was particularly frustrating was the lack of transparency throughout the process. Rather than providing a clear decision or timeline, it felt as though qualified applicants were being kept on the sidelines as backup options while the owner continued evaluating other possibilities. We had communicated our interest from the beginning, promptly submitted the requested documentation, and cooperated fully, yet were still left in limbo. My simple request to any prospective renter is: please do not trust this agent or waste your precious time with her. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. Our experience was utterly disgusting, frustrating, and completely unprofessional.
