Eric listens, which is a big plus. He didn't try to force any property down my throat just to get a commission, and was very understanding when I told him I decided to suspend my search until later in the year. Hope to work with him again when I'm ready to get back at it.

My experience in working with Arlene this past year was fantastic. Eric demonstrated the same exact qualities, as Arlene in helping my family find our new home. He was patient in our search and visit to many homes.
