"Working with Espy was the best decision I made during my home buying journey. As a new construction buyer, I had no idea what I was walking into aEUR" but Espy did. There were multiple battles with the builder and their lender that could have cost me thousands of dollars more than what I originally agreed to. Espy fought for me every single step of the way, making sure I got exactly what I was promised at closing aEUR" not a penny less. Her patience, knowledge, and relentless advocacy made all the difference. I never felt alone in the process because she was always in my corner. She costs you nothing out of pocket but her value is priceless. Today I have my keys and my dream home, and it is all because I had the right agent fighting for me. Thank you Espy. I am a client for life.

Esperencia worked very closely with me to sell my property in Leigh Acres Florida. She notified me monthly on how often the property was shown. Kept me informed of offers, worked with me and prospective buyers on negotiations.
