Tammy Schneider from Coldwell Banker Preferred provided an excellent service. She was very pleasant and patient, while made sure all info was provided . I would highly recommend using her service.

Tammy was wonderful to work with. She was always available when we needed her and provided very helpful advice, expertise and information as we searched for our next house. We could always trust that Tammy was being 100% honest in her opinions, which put our minds at ease when we made an offer on the house that we eventually purchased. I highly recommend Tammy as a realtor. You will not regret it.

Tammy helped us find our perfect home! She really was easy to talk to and thought outside the box in terms of locations we would be interested in. So many nuances with looking and buying a new home and she seemed to know them all.

Tammy was an absolute gem, my husband and I recommend her to everyone we know that is moving in the area. We honestly can't say enough good things about her. She was so friendly, and easy to work with. She was not pushy at all, and a joy to be around. She flips houses on the side, and this knowledge was extremely valuable when looking at potential homes - she was able to tell us what potential hazards or big projects to watch out for, as well as point out cosmetic items that would be easily changed and not break the bank. We worked with her for a few months while searching for our first home, and she was always readily available, and answered all our questions with ease and understanding. Felt like we were in great hands throughout the entire process from search to move in, and we are extremely happy with our new home. All in all just a marvelous realtor and wonderful person.
