THIS TEAM IS ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. After a trying experience with another realtor, switching to Matt was a game changer. By the time we started working with him, my husband and I were down to a very tight window for finding a new home before having to vacate the one we'd just sold. We'd already resigned ourselves to the likelihood of having to find something temporary, but Matt was confident that everything would work out. He made himself fully available to trek back and forth across town for showings, finding as much out about each property as possible before appointments so that we could cut to the chase on making an offer when the time came. Long story short, I'm typing this from the comfort of my new home, which we were able to purchase before our extremely short deadline. AND HIS TEAM...... We CANNOT say enough about our closing manager ANDREA! We had an impossible list of things that needed to get done in order to coordinate the settlements of our old and new houses, and were thrown a few serious curve balls throughout this process. I am completely certain that any of these obstacles could have derailed the entire effort, but Andrea confidently and calmly continued to reassure us that it was under control. She is remarkably thorough, consistent and professional. (And most importantly, she delivered- managing to arrange closing on our new property within an hour of the old one). Throughout the years we have bought two homes and been in the market to purchase a vacation home. During each experience, we struggled finding an agent that was a full time real estate whos passion is not only buying and selling home but putting the needs and interest of their clients first. Many times agents are in the real estate business as a hobby and would not make it a priority to do research on the area, look at homes or communicate with other agents. After having a horrible experience buying our second home, we were worried about finding an agent to sell our first home. We interviewed several agents, and we finally found Matt. Matt Donnelly is the most down to earth agent who cared about what we wanted, did not try to sell us on tactics, and was fully honest and up front. While our house was on the market, Matt continued to keep us appraised of all feedback from agents, and offered to help wherever he could. In less than 30 days, our house was sold as Matt indicated on day one would happen. There were several bumps in the road after we went under contract, that could have caused the deal to fall through, but due to Matts expertise and ability to make things happen, he was able to keep the deal together and on track to close on time. I will continue to refer Matt to ANYONE I know looking to buy or sell a home.
