Laurie lets me feel very comfortable on selling my house though it was posted in late fall around end of October. My house was built in 1950 and not in good shape. She advised me to do some upgrades to streamline the sell. The items she advised were like light paint in some area, changing inexpensive light fixtures, gardening and sewer main repairs. The last item cost me a lot ( around three thousand dollars) but it was broken and compared with the whole sale the cost was nothing. I felt she had very knowledgeable background though I did not ask her about it. Besides she is a very nice lady.

She's extremely busy, but you would never know it. She takes the time to spend with you to go over everything and I am positive that I ended each meeting. I never heard: "well, I have another client meeting I have to go". Instead I heard: "More questions or concerns?", at every step.I've bought a few houses over the years and never have I wanted to use the same agent again, until now.

Laurie was extremely easy to work with. I fell in love with my house prior to meeting Laurie. Even though she knew I would buy the house without her critique, she went ahead and gave it to me anyway. And, yes, everything thing that she mentioned has turned out to be true. I thank her now for all of her hard work and dedication in getting me my house. I also thank her for her advice and support after the sale. I would use Laurie again without even thinking about it.
