Coldwell Banker

She was so fun and easy to work with. She negotiated a great deal and worked in a very tight/specific timeline! It all got done on time and perfectly!

I worked with Shannon and I can tell you that she does a great job. She is very knowledgeable explaining what you can do and what you can request from the seller as well. She is very good at negotiating and will be at your side to help you. She responds very quickly and if she misses your call she will message you and call you back. She also knows how the whole process works and will be the go to person whenever something comes up. Even after purchasing the house she communicates and helps you with information that is needed as well. I highly recommend Shannon, and if you need a person go to Shannon.

Shannon Losi is everyone's answer to getting your house bought and sold. Besides being a very beautiful lady, she gives quality time, confidence and expertise to make sure that the job is completed with a magnanimous feel of satisfaction. She is truly a professional.Frank and Bonnie Monsegue

Very patient with us, was willing to show us numerous properties until we were satisfied. I highly recommend her. Also work very well with the lender.

Pam is a wonderful agent, period. Pam was our selling agent, but she did not limit her assistance to simply listing and showing our home. Pam immediately connected us with a buying agent and mortgage broker, to make sure that the entire process went smoothly. Pam answered every call, text and email timely, and answered every question I had, even if it was only to direct me to the proper person. Pam is knowledgeable, professional, understanding and a great person. I can't say enough positive things about Pam in this small space, so I will simply say this; she made the entire process of selling and buying a home, within a short time-span, as painless as possible. I highly recommend Pam.
