As we all know, Realtor's are a dime a dozen. I've had previous experiences where I felt that my wants and needs were not being met which was a waste of my time as a business women. Buying a new place is so incredibly personal and in the end, you have a vision of where you want to be and know how your new home needs to fit you (and your dogs! :) needs... it is a huge investment after all. Before Shannon, I dealt with a few brokers that didn't listen to my needs and I found myself, taking time off from work, looking at places that were not a fit for me. (Is a large tub to much to ask for!?!) As a busy professional, I have zero time to hunt and peckaEUR|isn't that why we retain a Realtor?!?And then came Shannon, seriously like a breath of fresh air. She took the time upfront, taking notes of "my perfect home" and showed me places that were right in line with my expectations, budget included. So many places to see and so little time, she narrowed down a short list and I ultimately settled on the most perfect home. It was everything I wanted and more! Corner unit, 4 bedrooms, light and bright, quaint small very well maintained community and a large tub!!!aEUR|SOLD! Beyond finding the perfect place, I was guided every step of the way from inspections (to which she was present), helping me with loan questions/terms that I wasn't familiar with and all with a supportive, can do friendly approach. She didn't stop until I closed and I seriously cannot thank her enough! There are times we all get sub par service, this isn't one of them. I am so very pleased with the services Shannon provided, and in researching her qualifications (after my time was wasted with others) I can certainly see why she is successful in her industry and I would recommend her to the most elite clientele. I wish you luck in your home search with Shannon, my experience was stellar. I'm confidant, the service you receive will be the same high standards I was given.
