Coldwell Banker

Brooke was awesome! She worked exceptionally hard to sell our property. Ours was not an easy sell and she put in extra effort to get us a good deal. I believe that we sold for the right price and within the time frame we expected.

Brooke is hard worker that understands the markets and has the personality and people skills to get the job done. Moving to Pollock Pines from SoCal, the distance made it difficult to coordinate inspections and local communication. Brooke stayed constantly involved from negotiation to close. She had the connections to ensure our purchase went smoothly.I would highly recommend Brooke to anyone looking to purchase a new home. Michael & Kathy Mack

Brooke helped us sold our house and bought a new house for $50K discount from the asking price. She executed the contingency offer flawlessly by working diligently with multiple agents and banks to make sure my house was sold on time. She is very responsive and accommodating. She is also very detailed oriented. We highly recommend her for your next real estate transaction.
