Eric displayed his expertise in realty from his first visit to our house through the sale. He was extremely professional in his initial walk through, pointing out simple improvements that would aid the sale, and estimated the sale price of our house right where we were looking. He then brought in a professional photographer to display our house inside and out in the most professional light. He was very dedicated in showing our house, developing relationships with both buyers and buyer realtors. When it came to the sale, Eric sealed the deal with his negotiation skills. The initial offer came in very low and Eric worked to get us the exact price we were looking for. He also took on inspection remedies like it was his own house. While our family had already changed states, Eric provided access to our house to various contractors to make the necessary improvements. He also provided us a true sense of calm from over 300 miles away and actually closed on our house while we were out of state. We cannot thank Eric enough for his professionalism and dedication to selling our house. We could not have asked for a better realtor.

Eric Engdall was everything I needed in a real estate agent. He analyze the real estate market in my location and educated me so that he and I could agree on an asking price. He made helpful and educated suggestions about staging of the house in preparation for listing and he arranged for professional photography, including drone photos showing the overall size and location of the house and property. He told me in our first meeting that he would be present for every showing and he was. He learned the ins and outs of the property so that he could adequately represent what the home had to offer. He even hiked the 13 wooded acres surrounding the home so that he would be familiar with the terrain when talking and showing the same to potential buyers. This was an important element to the sale. Throughout the sales process, Eric demonstrated his knowledge and professionalism over and over, smoothing the contract process between buyer's agent, seller, and attorneys. He continued to smooth the path through inspection and again, was present for all inspections, home interior, exterior, septic, and well. Eric continued to smooth the sale process up to and through the closing. When there was a snag in communication between any of the parties, Eric intervened to solve the problem/communication. Eric is a very hardworking real estate professional with a great demeanor and the experience and intelligence that made me a satisfied seller.
