As a first time homebuyer, I really didnt know what to expect. Meeting Jermaine has been such a lovely & beautiful & the most satisfying home buying & experienced person that I have come across in a very long time. Jermaine advised us through the whole process (which wasnt straightforward as we were doing it from overseas). He listened intently to what we needed and focused our search so we could rapidly find the home we wanted; he took us around Philadelphia to look at places but also showed us the neighbourhoods and provided lots of useful information about the areas we visited relevant to our own needs (he does his homework); he then helped us through the closing process which was fabulous as we were unfamiliar with the US/PA sales process - Jermaines calm guidance and willingness to connect at crazy hours due to our time zone differences was greatly appreciated.
