We were fortunate to bump into Ryan Burgy early in our search for a lake home. Ryan was knowledgeable about the area and spent a lot of time showing us many homes, never once making us feel that we were too picky (although we were). He was always prompt for appointments and quick to respond to emails, phone calls, etc. But perhaps the best things about Ryan is that he is neither misleading nor pushy to try to make a sale. When making what is likely the biggest purchase of your life the last thing you want in an agent is someone who will stretch the truth to make the sale. Ryan was always very matter of fact, listening and responding to our concerns, never judging us. Once we settled on a place, he did everything humanly possible to make sure things went smoothly at the closing.
