Coldwell Banker Mountain Properties

Chris was great, he is diligent and detail-oriented. He does his research and is willing to answer any and all questions at any time of day or night. He is a hard worker and came highly recommended. He did not disappoint!

My partner and I worked with Chris to purchase a second home in Crested Butte. We were on a condensed timeline, as we wanted to be in our house by the fall. Chris was extremely easy to work with, melding great communication skills with attention to detail and exceptional organization. He was professional, readily available, and anticipated our needs. He steered us through the negotiations and closing with both a deep understanding of this real estate market and calm, appropriate advice. We feel lucky to have chosen to work with Chris, and recommend him highly.

This was our third real estate transaction with Chris Kopf over the past 12 years, and once again he exceeded our expectations. His pricing strategy was spot onaEUR"we received a full-price offer in just 10 days. His marketing was exceptional and showcased our home beautifully, generating immediate interest from qualified buyers. Chris is knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and truly understands the Crested Butte market. After three successful transactions, we can confidently say there is no one we would trust more with our real estate needs. We highly recommend Chris Kopf to anyone buying or selling in the area. Thank you, Chris, for another outstanding result!

Chris was exceptional to work with from start to finish. He got our land sold quickly and seamlessly. What the previous realtor could not accomplish in three years, Chris handled in just a few months. His communication, professionalism, and follow through made the entire process stress free. If we ever buy in Crested Butte again, he will absolutely be the first call I make. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Chris is a true professional in an industry too often lacking. He is always on top of the market, is deeply connected in the community and has a very balanced, conscience approach to all things small and large, simple or complex, regardless of where you are at in the process. Chris works very hard to keep everything going in the right direction, is very accessible and responsive, and is always genuine, patient and forthright in his communications and interactions. I'd highly recommend Chris to anyone in the market buying or selling Real Estate in the Crested Butte area.
