Coldwell Banker McMillan and Associates

Beth made my cross country relocation process far far less stressful. She helped me find the perfect home that was right for me. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable. She is a the best realtor I have worked with.

Beth, not only had a great understanding of the housing market, she was also quick to comprehend what we were looking for in a house. Her ability to work with all parties involved enabled us to close within 30 days and move in. Her professionalism and expertise extended well beyond the sale and included assisting us in utilities and additional contractors. She continued to be in contact with us to make sure that all of our needs were being met and to welcome us into this new community.

Beth was a delight to work with when selling our home in Vintage Place. We moved to Tampa before our home sold and she made sure to keep a close eye on our home. She hosted many open houses, advertised our home in various media outlets, and got our home SOLD in no time! She is very knowledgeable about the Florence community and I would highly recommend her to sell your home or business!
