Coldwell Banker Mason Morse

We were lucky to connect with Nancy as she was a realtor who represented a property that we were interested in. When we met her, her refreshing candor and no-nonsense approach really appealed to us. As we continued to look for a suitable property, we came to appreciate her listening skills and her excellent knowledge of the market. She is responsive and helpful. We would use her again in a heartbeat.

Working with Nancy was so easy. We lived approx. 250 miles away from our rental property in Basalt, Co which we listed with her. She really kept us informed from when we first contacted her and later signed the listing and all the way through closing. She has experience plus and really knows how to make you feel comfortable at every turn in the process. I'm sure you will find her expertise useful whether you may be buying or selling property.

Nancy found the perfect house for me when I moved to Carbondale almost 25 years ago to be near my grandchildren. I will be forever grateful to her as my home has been a place of joy and warmth.

My daughter purchased a condo in Carbondale, Colorado. Nancy represented her as the buyer. Because my daughter currently lives in California, almost the entire transaction process took place via e-mail or phone. Nancy was there every step of the way and guided my daughter through the process in a positive and effective manner. We can't say enough good things about Nancy's expertise and professionalism. It was an absolute pleasure working with her!

Nancy was great. We had known her and her husband from years ago when we lived in the Basalt, CO area. When we started thinking about selling our rental property we contacted her first because we thought she was trustworthy and very experienced in the real estate field and we were not disappointed. She kept us very well informed from day one when we gave her our listing and through the whole process until we closed. We live almost 250 miles from the property we listed so she was a great asset to have working with us in selling our property.
