Michael was a pleasure to work with. He was always courteous, on time and offered great insight and information on the area we were looking. Happy with our results and would recommend him to my mother.

Michael was exceptional in every aspect of his service. He took the time to go over documents in detail, explain terminology clearly, and answer my questions with patience so I could make informed decisions. He is highly resourceful and generous with his knowledge. He connected me with a lender who was able to work with my unique situation, which made a significant difference in the process. Michael is responsive, communicative, kind, and consistently positive. The entire home-buying experience with him was efficient and well-managed from start to finish, and I always felt supported every step of the way.

Working with Michael was, hands down, the best real estate experience we've had. He was incredibly responsive and attentive throughout the entire process, and never once made us feel like an inconvenience, no matter how many questions or concerns we had. What really sets him apart is how he communicates. He stayed ahead of every step, anticipated issues before they became problems, and negotiated on our behalf like our interests were the only thing that mattered. We've worked with other realtors before, and there's genuinely no comparison. Michael treats clients like people, not transactions. If you want someone who will actually take care of you from start to finish, Michael is who you want in your corner.

Michael was amazing throughout the whole process. He helped guide me through looking at properties and worked hard on my behalf to get me the information I needed and work with seller's agent, lenders, and others to push the deal over the finish line. He is the best!

Michael Procopio handled a sale in Newport Beach, California for us while we live in Bethesda, MD. Michael was professional, worked hard to get us the most money possible for the property. He went above and beyond helping us once the home was under contract. A cross-country move is tricky, and he helped us more than we could have asked to complete the process from contract to settlement in 3 weeks. Based on our experience we would highly recommend Michael to anyone looking to sell a home.
