LARRY LEIVAS WORKED FOR MY HUSBAND AND ME IN FINDING OUR HOME IN LUBBOCK. HE WAS VERY CURTIOUS, CARING AND LISTENED TO OUR NEEDS. WE WOULD RECOMMEND HIM WHEN YOU HAVE A NEED FOR A HOME IN THIS AREA. YOU WILL NOT FIND A MORE SENSITIVE, PROFESSIONAL REALTOR IN THIS CITY. MR. AND MRS. STANLEY HOBBS.

Larry was always quick to set up home viewings for us as soon as we saw something we were interested in. He went out of his way to find homes he thought would fit our needs. He was caring, kind, and very honest with us. We had a wonderful experience as first time home buyers with Larry.

Larry has been great! He is very knowledgeable of the area and the market. Larry is professional and worked hard to help sell our home and purchase a new one. We have come to know Larry and consider him a friend. Larry has helped us numerous times and we would definitely ask for his services again. Larry also is/was a builder of custom homes and has a vast knowledge of the construction side as well.

Larry was very thorough. He took me through the process and with his connections my house sold very fast! Thank you

Great realtor. He got a lot of activity showing our home. He didn't pressure us to take offers that were to low. Communication was quick and clear. He followed up with the showing realtors and gave us feedback from the showings.
