My husband and I worked with Jody Jewell to buy our first home in Windsor, CO. We weren't planning on using a realtor, but boy am I glad we found Jody! She was the real estate agent for a house we requested a viewing on and she offered to be our advocate while we shopped for similar houses in the area. She made the process super easy! She set up viewings for a list of houses we were interested in and even found a few we didn't know about. We decided on a new build in the end and Jody was a fantastic resource throughout the entire process. As first time home buyers, we had a ton of questions and she was there to explain each step of the process. Jody has been in northern Colorado for a many years and is extremely knowledgeable of the home buying process specific to the area. She attended every meeting and walkthrough with us and the builder. She asked questions I wouldn't have thought to ask and made sure that the house was exactly the way we wanted it. Not only is Jody great at her job, she is truly passionate about what she does and is a joy to work with. I would highly recommend Jody to anyone looking for a real estate agent in northern Colorado!

My husband and I were so privileged to work with Jody Jewell from 8z this last year as we searched for just the right home in the Berthoud/Loveland region. Jody had been highly recommended by our daughter who recently bought a new home in Berthoud.We are experienced with commercial real estate transactions and are quite particular in our approach to looking at properties. As well, with Jody, we weighed the pros and cons of every property we toured, both inside and outside very diligently. Jody was ever patient and helpful as we deliberated on the best homes. Finally, when we were ready to make an offer, she was able to specifically word our Contract regarding inclusions, exclusions, dates, and additional clauses as clearly as an attorney would. Then, while under contract, Jody was a great go-between with the listing broker, promoting our concerns all along the way!Jody was definitely one of the best agents we have worked with!
