Patsy is GREAT! She clearly understands what you want and works toward to that in all means. She is more than a real estate agent, she performed beyond and above that we felt like she was one of our family member to find that perfect house. Once she knew what we were looking for, she truthfully shared her opinions with us for every single house we saw. At the times that we dont have the availability to see the houses she was there to record and share with us. She reached out to the owners of neighborhoods that we were interested. She even brought flooring samples to the closing. We feel like we purchased the house together :) Additionally the people she work with are also great. She was/is always there when we need her. We absolutely refer her to anyone who is looking for their future home!

I have used Patsy 5 times; three times to buy a house, twice to sell. The process for buying would go as follows: discussion about what we thought we wanted; her taking us to visit several houses - not to consider buying those houses but rather to help us get clarity about tradeoffs and for her to understand us; visits to very targeted properties; significant assistance in understanding what a realistic purchase price would be; support and advice through the negotiation; and support through closing. Each time, after visiting the first set of houses for the purpose of calibrating what we were looking for, we never again saw a house that was not responsive to our needs and wants. She understood our time was valuable. In selling, she helped us understand what we needed to do to move the houses and to avoid work that would not add enough to the sale price to justify the cost and hassle of doing that work. Patsy is in this to help people buy and sell houses on terms they will be happy with after the fact. No buyer or seller remorse. I'm a tough critic of service providers, having quickly gone through 2 other real-estate agents before we found Patsy the first time. I went back to her several times (a divorce, moving to a larger place, etc - not because the previous house was not desirable) because she did a great job. And we recommended her to many of our friends.

Patsy was on top of every detail every step of the way. Whenever I encountered a snag, she returned my email or call immediately and had a solution. Her market knowledge and research is why I hired her, and she continued to earn my trust through the process.

I have used Patsy for all my real estate transactions for the last 20 years. She consistently is prepared with market research and her own insight and experience. We always got great customer service from her and never felt ignored or low priority. I've recommended her thru the years to friends and family because we have always gotten good objective advice about how to prepare the house for sale, when to sell, when to buy. She has even suggested workmen and has dropped off a light fixture or two to touch up our homes eye appeal.
