Marsha Bowen Washington is truly an outstanding realtor!! She is very knowledgeable, patient and she goes above and beyond to make sure that her clients are satisfied. She is literally there every step of the way! No matter how many times you call or text her, she makes sure to respond. This was my first time purchasing a home and she really made the process much easier for me. She answers any and every question that you may have. I came across some tough obstacles with the lender due to Covid and I thought I wasnt going to make it through, but with Marshas help I was able to obtain my new home!! My wife and I contacted Stan as my company is considering transferring me to the area . Stan is very professional, knowledgeable about the area in general and about neighborhoods and properties specifically and is able to impart that knowledge to us in a very clear and straightforward manner. He is very available by either phone or Email and promptly gets back to us with information, answers to our questions or merely to calm our nerves as we contemplate this change.We have visited about a dozen properties so far and we are quite impressed at how well each has met our requirements. Although we have not purchased yet pending a final decision from my company, Stan has equipped us with all the information we need to select our new home. We even feel like we are ahead of the game as Stan has clearly explained the next steps we would need to complete. New Jersey real estate laws are quite different from those in our area and we are much less anxious about our potential move after talking to Stan.We should know in the next few months if the transfer will be approved and Stan will be the first person we call.
