I had a wonderful experience working with Marsha. We worked together for about 6 months before I made the offer on the house I purchased. Throughout that time she was very encouraging, while at the same time being very practical. I felt like she gave me a very realistic view of the market in my area. I never felt pressured to purchase something I wasnt sure about, and Marsha made sure to give me relevant information, including how certain house features would effect resale value. Throughout my search, Marsha was very responsive and helpful. Once I made an offer, Marsha was amazing. She was absolutely on top of everything, gave me very good advice and really helped smooth the purchasing process. She helped me through the price negotiation process, helped me manage multiple house inspections and a subsequent credit negotiation, and remained in frequent contact with all parties. When things got stuck with my attorney who was on vacation, Marsha made sure the ball got rolling again. I felt very secure working with Marsha, and am very happy with the home I purchased. Overall, I highly recommend Marsha. Buying a home (especially in this market) is very stressful, but she made it as easy as possible.
