Coldwell Banker Leith & Assoc. Inc.

There were no surprises with Bill. Due to his expertise, he was able to tell us all costs involved. This allowed us to plan accordingly. He looked out for our best interests making sure the process went smoothly. He knows his real estate area and was able to sell our home when others were not selling. Bill Leith is the only realtor to use!

We can't say enough positive words about Bill. He was our agent as we recently sought and purchased a lake house. He was extremely knowledgeable about maintenance, the local areas, repairs. He had experts on hand for questions he could not answer, and he even set us up with some of these folks as we closed on the house and had some misc. things to get done/repaired/updated. Bill was so responsive, a real partner. We trusted his guidance and he plays it straight. You can't go wrong to ask to work for him to help you find a place. He does a great job.

I have used Bill to sell a house and purchase another. There is no other Realtor that I would use as long as Bill is around. Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I recommend Bill to as many people as I can.

We were very happy with our Bill Leith as our realtor. Kept us informed and did an awesome job of showing our property.Whenever there was a request to view the house Bill let us know right away. He was respectful of our time and met with us when it was convenient for us. He is honest and straightforward.

Bill Leith has got to be one of the most knowledgeable, charismatic, and most genuine realtor I have ever had the pleasure to work with when purchasing my new home. I felt comfortable every step of the way that Bill was looking out for "MY" best interest and never his pocket book. I look forward to working with him again in the future and would recommend him to anyone for your home selling/buying needs. Thanks again Bill for all your hard work!
