We owned 20 acres of recreational property near Fabens Texas. We live in the Seattle, WA. area and we were no longer able to visit the property.We really needed to sell the property but due to it's remote location it was difficult to find also it could only be accessed by dirt roads.Because of these challenges many of the realtors in the area did not want to list it.
