Before I start.. Herman knows how to use a phone and talk!! If you have been dealing realtors lately, you know they are worst than teenagers with texting. Here we are as buyers or sellers getting into possibly the biggest investment of our lives and some part time agent thinks its okay to conduct the entire business through text messages and emoji's.. If there is something important, Herman will pick up the phone and communicate with you - huge plus!Buying or selling a home is without a doubt one of the most frustrating experiences we go through in life. Finding the right realtor is crucial. Herman came highly recommended from a family member who worked with him the year before. I have never been more satisfied with a realtor ever!! His attention to detail, honesty and great character made the process so much easier and dare I say fun... I understand realtors are a dime a dozen these days.
