TLDR: You found your Realtor - Kasey is the best Absolutely class to work with. She was patient as we took our time finding the right property for us, both open to what we were looking for, but also set realistic expectations up front. It's clear she knows the market. We had a difficult experience with the seller, but Kasey helped us navigate the process and curveballs. She was in constant communication throughout every step of the process. I'm sure there are plenty of other great realtors in OBX, but we couldn't imagine anyone being better than Kasey.

Trish was so great to work with especially since we were not local. She managed all aspects to make our experience easier. We would definitely recommend working with her.

Kasey did a fantastic job. We felt secure with her local knowledge. She was right with us all the way through closing. We also really liked how she staged the home for pictures- it showed great! And sold in a day!

Heather and her team were great to work with. Heather was extremely responsive and very professional. We felt that she was able to get us a great deal on our house and we look forward to continuing to work with her to find our next home.

Kasey was great! She gave informed and truthful opinions on properties, locations, prices, etc. based on her extensive local knowledge. Her connections were invaluable when it came time for inspections and estimates. She was always very responsive to texts, emails, and phone calls. She helped us keep a positive attitude even when it seemed we wouldn't find anything we wanted. Kasey went well above and beyond the standard for realtors (between the two of us we have bought and sold nine houses). We could not recommend her higher, and we would absolutely use her again.
