Coldwell Banker Kinard Realty

I am 62 and have bought several lands & homes, by far this is the best agent I have ever dealt with. Mary Weaver is very impressive in her knowledge of real estate and closings. She was the first to answer the phone out of 4 agents I contacted and has answered every question I had. Very charming, friendly and knowledgeable. I can not say enough good things about her and Zillow. The closing with the attorney will be in 6 days. Thank you Mary and thank you Zillow for a great deal!Hubert

She was very good and in detail with everything she showed me what i was looing for and she was up to meet me when it was convenient for me she was very helpful with every question that i had

Mary is a joy to work with and has always been there to answer the tough questions when I have them. Anyone needing help moving a property or buying one, you can't go wrong with her.

Mary was always available to answer any questions that I had. I think she went beyond her duties as a realtor to make sure my home was sold. Very pleased with the end result!
