She was fantastic!! Very happy and very nice! Was able to help us with great speed and efficiency. We were on a short deadline and she met it with ease! We are now happy in our new home thanks to ...

My husband and I had our house listed with several realtors over the course of three years plus, with no success until we listed our house with Summer Byram. Sumer immediatley offered suggestions/ideas none of the other realtors mentioned. She literally held our hand and walked through selling our house and locating a house for us to purchase from beginning to the end which made the process simple from our perspective. She is very assertive, creative and deligent. I (we) would highly recommend Sumer, if you are looking to sell your house with the best return on your investment or buying a house for the best price, she is the one who will get this accomplished for YOU.

Sumer is wonderful to work with and extremely experienced in what she does. She goes above and beyond to help you with any questions you may have or any foreseeable issues she might see and give you plenty of notice on dealing with them. She just a wonderful person and I highly recommend her to anyone.~sean

I have used Sumer in the purchase of two homes and the sale of one home and I have been impressed with her each time. She is very honest and straight forward about all aspects of the process and very knowledgeable about what to expect in purchasing and selling a home. I would and have recommended Sumer to others who are in the market for a new home.
