Allison represented us in the sale of our house in McArthur CA. She was recommended to us as the best in the area. She absolutely lived up to her reputation and that is how we would unhesitatingly recommend her. Her years of experience is evident is the way she saw how to best show our house, the suggestions made to highlight certain areas, shore up others, was invaluable. She made recommendations, but always listened to what mattered most to us, and between us, made the best decisions. Allisons wide knowledge of the market and timing was crucial in guiding us through the process. She was diligent in pursuing every opportunity. We cant speak highly enough of our experience with Allison Cassity. We went through her for our first home purchase in 2015 with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. We met with a couple of realtors before Allison, but we knew instantly that she was the one for us. We recently sold our home and once again chose her as our agent. She is honest and hands-on (she even cleaned out one of our bathroom sink drains!), and she really helped to take the pressure off of us. She was there for us at all times and walked us through all the steps in the process. Communication is a priority for her, she managed to answer all of our questions within a timely manner and made sure to keep us posted at all times. It has definitely been a pleasure working with her. If we ever have friends looking for homes or thinking about selling we always recommend Allison to them!
