Matt has to be the hardest-working Realtor in this area. He spent years with us going back and forth on which property to purchase locally. When we finally were able to agree on a house, he did everything he could to ensure that the house closed, even though it looked tenuous at times. He was a God send when it came to selling our house, listing it beautifully and for the right price. Our house had multiple offers and was under contract the first couple of days. Matt's acumen had to be used again when that buyer backed out because of an issue with the water, and he was able to get it under contract again after the first day of relisting. If we're ever in the market again, we'll call Matt. His communication and followup can't be beat.

Matt did an amazing job helping me sell my grandmas house. Even though I live in a different time zone and a different state, Matt helped me with everything along the way.
